At checkout, you may choose accelerated shipping options, such as:

- Priority Mail Express (1‑day delivery, USPS‑guaranteed)
Additional fees apply for accelerated shipping.
2. International Shipping
Customers outside the U.S. and Canada will see applicable shipping charges at checkout. Rates vary based on location.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

- Severe weather
- Holidays or peak holiday seasons
- Regional disruptions
USPS delivery times for Standard Mail and Priority Mail are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is shipped, delivery speed is fully controlled by USPS.
Nutra Fountain cannot issue postage refunds for delayed delivery, as USPS does not refund postage for Standard or Priority Mail delays.
4. Priority Mail Express Guarantee
USPS offers a 100% Money‑Back Guarantee on Priority Mail Express delivery times.
Please note:
- Nutra Fountain requires 1 business day to process and hand off your order to USPS.
- Delivery time is calculated from the moment USPS receives the package.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
If USPS fails to meet their guaranteed delivery time, you may request a refund directly from USPS at 1‑800‑275‑8777 using your tracking number.
5. Privacy & Confidential Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in secure, discreet, non‑transparent packaging with no indication of the contents.
Only your shipping information appears on the label. No product names or sensitive details are ever displayed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we package orders securely, rare issues can occur during transit or after delivery.
6.1 Our Policy
Nutra Fountain cannot be held responsible for:
- Packages lost by the carrier
- Packages damaged during transit
- Packages stolen after delivery
6.2 Insurance Coverage
If you select Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, your shipment includes USPS insurance for loss or damage during transit. Insurance does not cover theft after delivery.
If you require a signature upon delivery, you must:
- Choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout

Free shipping does not include signature service.
6.3 Delivery Success Rate
Nutra Fountain maintains a 99.98% successful delivery rate, but insurance is available for added peace of mind.
If USPS loses your package during transit, we will reship your order at no cost and work directly with USPS to investigate the issue.
